The Digital Chamber, a prominent crypto advocacy group, has unveiled its State Network initiative to shape digital asset policy at state and local levels across the U.S. The campaign strategically aligns with the 2026 midterm election cycle, aiming to educate lawmakers through direct engagement and targeted funding programs.

Anastasia Dellaccio will lead the effort as Executive Director of State & Regional Affairs, with initial operations focused in New York, Arizona, Ohio, and New Hampshire. The organization plans to expand its reach through a 2026 Digital Asset Tour and a micro-grants program supporting local blockchain organizations.

The initiative marks a tactical shift from federal lobbying to grassroots mobilization. A partnership with the Future Caucus will facilitate engagement with younger policymakers, combining industry access with crypto policy education. This state-focused approach emerges as federal crypto legislation remains stalled in Congress.
